Velocity Technology Solutions UK Limited, and its parent company, Velocity Technology Solutions Inc, (collectively “Velocity”) which has its head office in America, play an important and active role in avoiding any and all forms of slavery and human trafficking.  

We remain committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and ensuring that appropriate steps are in place up and down the supply chain in which we operate.  

 

Organisation's structure

Velocity provides information technology services, including the design, installation, management and maintenance of technology systems.  Velocity is recognised as a leader in enterprise and business application cloud services across the globe. Our enterprise and business application hosting services are fully managed and protected within a virtual private cloud.  We continue to innovate within our sector and work closely with our clients and those involved both up and down our particular supply chains.

 

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

 

Supplier adherence to our values and ethics

We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values and ethics we have in place a supply chain management process.

 

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.  We also ask our business partners to provide training to their staff, suppliers and providers.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.
